David Hayes

David Hayes is an experienced IS Applications Manager at Legacy Health, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, David served as the Manager of IT Applications at Oregon Health and Science University from July 2017 to July 2018. David's extensive background in healthcare IT also includes over two decades at Tuality Healthcare, where roles included MIS Manager, System Services Manager, and Senior Programmer/Analyst. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Analyst at Oroville Hospital from August 1984 to June 1997.
