Jamie Platt

Jamie Platt, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Employee Relations Consultant at Legacy Health since December 2017, providing strategic human resources consultation and support to management and employees. Previously, Jamie served as Employee Relations Director at Career Education Corporation from June 2009 to December 2016, leading complex employee relations matters and supporting senior corporate personnel across 24 campus locations. In an earlier role as Regional Human Resources Director, Jamie offered HR leadership for over 650 employees across nine campuses in California, Oregon, and Washington, supervising Human Resources Business Partners. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Westmont College and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Santa Barbara.
