Angie Baczyk

Angie (Agnieszka) Baczyk, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Legend Biotech since January 2024, overseeing HR functions for commercial, scientific, and corporate sectors in the United States. Previously, Angie held the same position at Hovione from January 2020 to November 2023, and served as the Associate Director of Human Resources at The College of New Jersey from July 2017 to September 2019, managing a team of eight. Other experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Talent Acquisition Manager for Hertz, and HR Business Partner at Avaya, with an initial tenure as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Angie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
