Dirk Mautes is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT End User Support & Services at Leica Biosystems since July 2017, Dirk oversees global IT support functions while leading a high-performing team. Previous roles include Director of Global IT Services & Operations Management at Leica Biosystems, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing support processes, implementing cloud computing solutions, and managing global budgets. Prior to that, Dirk was the Regional IT Lead at Terex Corporation, focusing on defining IT standards, managing service lifecycle processes, and leading teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Dirk's career also includes significant roles in network infrastructure management and server engineering, demonstrating a robust technical foundation and leadership ability throughout a diverse career in IT.
