Pavel Khaziniuk

Pavel Khaziniuk has extensive experience in the engineering and procurement sectors, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Leica Biosystems since July 2024. Previously, Pavel held various roles at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics from March 2010, including Senior Manager of Procurement and Component Engineering, Procurement Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Project Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Project Engineer position at Covidien and an Electrical Design Engineer role at Hill-Rom, where significant contributions were made to engineering projects and product quality improvements. Pavel also served as a System Hardware Engineer/Sales at Medical, addressing complex troubleshooting and sales responsibilities. Academic achievements include an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
