Previously, Scott held various engineering roles at GM Holden from 2001 to December 2014, specializing in materials engineering across elastomers, glass, adhesives, textiles, and soft trim, focusing on material performance and product investigations. Early career experience includes work as a Laboratory Technician at Southern Cross Pathology from 1997 to 2001. Scott holds a Master of Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Monash University.
