Christy Jean

Christy (Holden) Jean has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily with Leidos since January 2001, where Christy currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner Consultant and Vice President, HR Director for Logistics & Mission Support Operations in the Defense Group. Responsibilities include leading HR service delivery for over 2,200 employees across 40 states and 15 countries, collaborating on strategic planning, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives such as talent management and diversity initiatives. Previous roles at Leidos encompass HR leadership positions in corporate and subsidiary environments, with notable achievements in post-merger integrations and receiving CEO Awards for successful acquisition integrations. Christy began a career in technical recruiting with positions at CAIS Internet and Tek Systems after earning a BA in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech.
