Sarah Rogers

Sarah Rogers has extensive work experience in various roles. Sarah started their career at OHM International Inc in 2005 as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing distribution schedules, sales budgets, and establishing strong relationships with local developers and builders. Sarah achieved impressive sales growth for the Charlotte/Greensboro territory. In 2006, Sarah joined LendingTree as the Regional Manager of Lender Exchange, where they managed a portfolio of 80 high-profile lender accounts and successfully expanded the client network by over 100 new clients. Sarah was also responsible for analyzing key account metrics and presenting product offerings to maximize profitability. In 2013, Sarah was promoted to Director of Operations at LendingTree, and in 2018, they took on the role of Senior Director of Integrations, where they developed and managed detailed project plans for seamless integration of acquired assets or companies across all functions. Sarah built strong relationships with critical stakeholders and ensured successful integrations.

Sarah Rogers attended Georgia Southern University from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Early Childhood Education.
