Manny Murias

Manny Murias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and performance management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Lennar since November 2006, Manny previously held the position of Director of Rewards & Performance Management at Broadspire from October 2002 to July 2006. Prior roles include Manager of Human Capital Consulting at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Senior Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Manny holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Miami and a degree in Engineering Route to Business with a focus on Finance and Industrial Engineering from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Additionally, Manny holds certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
