Anneicia Richards

Anneicia Richards, CCP, currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at Fortitude Re since July 2023. Previously, Anneicia held various senior compensation roles at Voya Financial from August 2015 to July 2023, including Vice President, Associate Vice President, and Compensation Director. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager position at Allergan and Actavis, where responsibilities involved contributing to global compensation strategy and serving as the primary compensation contact for specific client groups. At Forest Laboratories, between June 2006 and June 2014, Anneicia executed corporate compensation strategies covering approximately 2,500 employees across eight countries. Early career roles include compensation and human resources analytical positions at EdisonLearning and Gap Inc. Anneicia holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The City University of New York, alongside the Certified Compensation Professional designation from World at Work.
