John Christensen serves as the Director of Customer Insights at Lennox International since June 2023. Prior to this role, John was the Principal Customer Success Consultant for Strategic Accounts at Qualtrics, where expertise in Experience Management technology solutions was applied. John's consulting experience at The Boston Consulting Group involved strategic insights across various industries including retail, healthcare, and technology. Earlier, John's tenure at Loopback Analytics as Solutions Manager contributed significantly to healthcare solutions aimed at reducing hospital readmissions. Previous roles include Tax Specialist at EY and Math Teacher at Karen Dillard's College Prep. John holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a Master's in Accounting from UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
