Paula Garcia

Paula Garcia, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at both LEO A DALY and Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. since May 2025, Paula leads talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing career growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Prior roles include Employee Experience Director at Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and Lead People Business Partner at Finastra, where Paula provided strategic support to over 2,000 employees in the U.S. and Latin America. With a foundational career that includes roles at Gensler, Grosvenor Capital Management, Friends of the Orphans, ParadyszMatera, and Dress for Success, Paula has developed a robust skill set in human resources management. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
