Martin Gradias

Martin Gradias has extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Maintenance Management at LEONI since November 2016. In addition to this role, Martin has held positions such as Process and Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader, Production Process Owner for Foaming, Production Process Engineer for Foaming, and Manufacturing Engineer at the same company. Prior to LEONI, Martin worked at Komatsu America Corp. as a Técnico electromecánico for a brief period and served as a Mechanical Design Engineer at L&H Industrial, Inc. Martin holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico Superior de Cananea, which was completed in 2016.
