Matthieu Garnier

Matthieu Garnier is a seasoned supply chain executive with extensive international experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Global End to End Supply Chain at Lesaffre, Matthieu oversees the integration of acquisitions and the SAP rollout within the company. Previously, Matthieu held the position of Vice-President E2E Supply Chain at Archer Daniels Midland Company, managing global operations for the Animal Nutrition and Petfood sector, and overseeing a vast network of facilities and personnel. Prior experience includes roles as COO at Neovia Group, where Matthieu implemented operational excellence initiatives, and various positions at Essilor, focusing on transformation, quality, and strategy across multiple regions. Matthieu's early career involved consultancy positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and A.T. Kearney, supporting strategic planning and organizational redesign. Matthieu holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan and an MA in Engineering from École Polytechnique.
