Kari Schulte is an experienced Outside Sales Engineer with a significant background in industrial instrumentation and engineering sales. Currently at Lesman Instrument Company since January 2018, following a merger with Raeco, Kari previously served in a similar role at RAECO-LIC LLC from March 2016 to January 2018, focusing on environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene instrumentation. Prior experience at Novaspect Inc. from July 1997 to September 2015 included management of a $3.9 million territory in southern Wisconsin for the Valve Solutions group, as well as a $1.1 million territory in central Wisconsin, covering various industries such as chemical, food and beverage, and engineering. Kari's career began as an Inside Sales Engineer, handling quotes, resolving field issues, and collaborating on technical challenges. Kari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
