Lessing-Flynn
Jess Held has extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Jess started their career at Vermeer Corporation as a Marketing Communications Manager from 1999 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Lessing-Flynn Advertising as a Vice President and later became the Executive Vice President and COO in October 2021. At Lessing-Flynn, they worked closely with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring the success of their businesses. Jess also served as a Member of Iowa Nama from 2012 to 2014.
Jess Held studied Education and Fine Art at Central College, where they obtained a B.A. in Fine Arts. Additionally, they pursued Graphic Design at Iowa State University.
