Barbara Elder has a significant work experience history. Barbara began their career in 2007 at Manulife Financial, where they held positions such as Director of Marketing Development and Support and Director of Mutual Funds & Segments Marketing. In 2011, they moved to PPI, where they took on the role of Director of Communications and later became the Senior Vice-President of Communications and HR. Barbara'sresponsibilities included leading corporate communications and HR, brand development, advertising, public relations, creative services, and online media. Barbara then transitioned to the role of Executive Vice-President, Advisor and Employee Experience, and eventually became the Executive Vice-President and COO.
Barbara Elder attended Branksome Hall from 1975 to 1978. From 1980 to 1982, they pursued an Honours Business Administration degree at the Ivey Business School at Western University, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
