Mads Hemmingsen

Mads Hemmingsen serves as the Head of IT Operations at Lessor Group since January 2023. Previously, Mads held several leadership roles at Sopra Steria, including Country Manager (Interim) for the Danish affiliate and Agency Director overseeing enterprise platform services. Mads has extensive experience managing IT operations, demonstrated during tenure as Senior Manager and Head of Service Operation at Ørsted, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple departments totaling 85 employees. Prior to Ørsted, Mads worked at DONG Energy and NNIT in various managerial positions, focusing on IT architecture, service delivery, and operational stability. Mads began the career as an IT Administrator at P&I Scandinavia and served as a Dealer at Nykredit. Educational accomplishments include degrees from Copenhagen Business School in strategy, organization, management, economics, and computer science.
