Alan Bowman

Alan Bowman is an experienced professional with a robust background in business transformation and consulting. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Lead at Encore Electric, Inc. since September 2022 and holding the position of Vice President - Delivery & Operations at Spotlight Inc. since August 2020, Alan has also worked as a Sr Management Consultant at Spotlight Inc. Prior roles include Managing Consultant at Point B and Principal at ABerto Solutions LLC, where Alan focused on information technology project and program management as well as business process optimization across various sectors including oil and gas, financial services, and the public sector.
