Philip McNeal has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2003, they founded HLL Software Inc and served as the CEO until 2010. Following this, in 2012, they co-founded LetusCloud, a company specializing in virtualization and cloud computing. Additionally, LetusCloud was incubated by FasterCapital in the same year. Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation in the technology sector.

Philip McNeal earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completing their studies between 1996 and 2001. Philip later pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing from MIT Sloan School of Management, which they completed from 2002 to 2004.
