JT Smith possesses extensive experience in operations and digital marketing within various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Operations Consultant at Level Agency since April 2018, and as Owner/Founder of Harwood Properties LLC since January 2006. Previously, JT held the position of Senior Director of eCommerce at GNC from February 2009 to February 2018, overseeing global P&L responsibilities, managing a team of over ten associates, and spearheading eCommerce initiatives such as the implementation of Omni Channel programs and international expansion.
