Will Licamele

Will Licamele is a seasoned professional in software engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Levitate since October 2023, Will previously held several positions at Bandwidth Inc. from March 2018 to September 2023, including Director of Software and Senior Software Development Manager. At Citrix, from November 2014 to February 2018, Will managed over 30 critical projects, guiding technical direction and collaboration among diverse teams. Prior experience includes a Software Development Manager role at Deloitte, where Will led a team of 15 developers and initiated a project mentoring program. Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University.
