Olivier Joyard is an experienced professional in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Responsable 3SE at LFB Biomanufacturing since June 2023. Previously, Olivier held the position of Responsable QHSE at ALSYS Group, where responsibilities included quality management according to ISO 9001 and health, safety, and environmental oversight from April 2021 to June 2023. At Crouzet from July 2003 to November 2022, Olivier served as the Group HSE Reference for a workforce of 1500, overseeing standards, best practices, and HSE indicators across multiple regions, along with managing ISO accreditations. Earlier experience includes HSE management at MECAPLAST Group, focusing on accident prevention programs and leading ISO 14001 certifications for sites in Valréas, Monaco, and Turin. Olivier's educational background includes an engineering degree in processes from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and specialized training in quality management related to ISO standards.
