Philip Imber has extensive experience in environmental and regulatory compliance within the electric utility industry, currently serving as the Director of Environmental & Federal Regulatory Compliance at LG&E and KU Energy LLC since October 2001. Prior roles include Director of Environmental Affairs, Manager of the Land & Water Section, and Manager of the Air Section, where responsibilities encompassed managing air compliance, overseeing permitting, and liaising with regulatory agencies. Philip also held the position of Manager of Major Capital Projects, directing large-scale utility projects, including coal and natural gas generation, and has a background as a Sr. Chemical Engineer and Chemical Engineer III, focused on capital projects. Prior to LG&E, Philip worked as a Chemical Engineer at Michelin North America. Philip Imber holds a Master's degree in Business from Bellarmine University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
