Caroline Souchet

Caroline Souchet is an accomplished Quality Manager with extensive experience in the renewable energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently working at Lhyfe since February 2023, Caroline previously served as Quality Manager for the Offshore Wind Project at GE Renewable Energy, where responsibilities included managing quality teams, coordinating component handovers, and implementing quality processes. Prior roles include Quality Manager at ENERCON, where Caroline oversaw the Integrated Management System and conducted various audits, and Quality Manager at Groupe Roullier, managing quality teams in France and China and conducting international supplier audits. Additional experience includes roles at Pernod Ricard, Paris Caramels, and RICHART, where Caroline established quality services and systems, and formal education in Quality Safety Environment Engineering from Polytech Lille.
