Corinne Spillane has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Corinne began their career at Prudential Assurance in 1988 as a Personnel Assistant before moving on to Victaulic plc (now Glynwed International) as a Personnel Officer. Corinne then worked at Cable & Wireless as an HR Consultant from 1995 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Smith & Williamson as a Human Resources Manager. From 2005 to 2011, they served as a Regional HR Manager at Baker Tilly. In 2011, they took on the role of Organisation Design Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover and simultaneously worked as a Consultant/Director at Mayflower HR Associates. From 2011 to 2018, they were employed at Saffery Champness as a Senior HR Manager. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at Liaison Group.
