Cesar Martinez

Cesar Martinez is an experienced professional in SAP applications and contact center management, currently serving as the Director of SAP Applications Services at Liberty since December 2019. Previously, Cesar held multiple senior management positions at Hydro One from February 2003 to April 2019, including responsibilities for leading change management during the repatriation of 400 outsourced employees, overseeing $5 billion in annual collections, and developing a mergers and acquisitions integration strategy. Cesar has successfully managed cross-functional teams, led significant business transformation projects in SAP, and implemented enterprise asset management solutions. Early career experience includes a GIS Technician position at the Ministry of Natural Resources.
