Sonalika Oberoi

Sonalika Oberoi is a Learning and Development Specialist at LIDO since April 2020, where responsibilities include assessing training needs through various methods such as surveys and interviews. Prior to this role, Sonalika worked at Vedantu from October 2018 to March 2020, starting as a Management Trainee and progressing to Senior Counsellor in the field of career counseling. Sonalika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Amity University.
