Anouk de Blieck

Anouk De Blieck is an experienced senior HR professional and board member with a strong background in driving organizational transformation and people strategies. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Lifeed and a Senior Advisor at WhitewaterTx, Anouk has held significant roles including Non Executive Director at Elliott Scott HR and Chief People Officer at SoftServe. Previous experience includes leading Human Resources functions for Visa in the Asia Pacific region and spearheading HR transformation initiatives at ANZ and Citi. Anouk holds an IMD Board Director Diploma with Distinction, a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University, and a BA in Education from AP Hogeschool Antwerpen, along with executive education from MIT.
