Emily DeLay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis, product management, and group fitness instruction. Currently serving as Lead Business Analyst and Group Fitness Performer at Life Time Inc. since November 2016, Emily has held various pivotal roles at organizations such as Health Rhythms as Lead Product Manager, Equinox as Group Fitness Instructor, and Alljoy as Co-Founder & CEO, focusing on community-building through dance fitness. Notable achievements include managing the successful delivery of the Mighty Doodle™ literacy app as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Literacy Matters Foundation and overseeing multiple data science projects at Optum.
