Maeghan Shives-Sams has a diverse background in member experience and operational leadership across several organizations. Most recently, Maeghan served as the Director and Manager of Member Experience at Lifeforce from January 2022 to July 2022. Prior experience includes five years at Noom Inc. as the Manager of Engagement & Analytics, where Maeghan managed employee engagement strategies for a global remote team and supported enhancements to the Coach experience. Maeghan also excelled as the Director of People & Business Operations at B/SPOKE Studios, overseeing HR functions and scaling strategies that led to successful expansion. Earlier career experience includes a Business Manager role at lululemon athletica, where Maeghan led operational and sales initiatives, significantly reducing turnover and fostering talent development. Maeghan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, and Psychology from Point Park University.
