Chris Powell serves as the Regional Managing Director for the East Region at Lifestory since October 2017, contributing to a team dedicated to creating quality homes and exceptional customer service under brands such as Anthology, Pegasus, and Renaissance. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Anthology, including Development and Operations Director, Development Director, and Project Director, focusing on residential development in London. Chris has extensive experience in project and cost management from a previous tenure as Director at RPS, where multi-sector project delivery was the primary focus. Early in the career, Chris worked as a Project Surveyor at Dunlop Haywards. Chris Powell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 2004.
