Olga Ryaboy, PhD, has extensive experience in research and risk engineering, currently serving as a Researcher at Lifetech Resources since September 2016. Previously, Ryaboy worked as a Risk Engineer at HDI-Gerling Sicherheitstechnik GmbH from September 2012 to February 2016 and held the position of PhD candidate at Leibniz Universität Hannover from January 2010 to December 2013, focusing on the synthesis of physiologically active compounds in symbiotic plant systems and fermented foods. Additionally, Ryaboy was a research fellow at Teutopharma GmbH from January 2010 to December 2011, where responsibilities included quality control and analytical method development. Ryaboy holds a Master's Degree in Chemistry from Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover, earned between 2002 and 2009.
