Laila Owen has extensive experience in customer engagement and sales management, currently serving as Engagement Optimisation Manager at Lightfoot since September 2017, after progressing through roles including Engagement Manager and Customer Engagement Executive. Prior to this, Laila worked at The Shops at Dartington as a Senior Retail Assistant and held various roles in retail and support positions at Fortnum & Mason, Food Show Ltd, and Purple Grape Catering, where responsibilities included venue relationship management and sales strategies. Early career roles included office support and marketing at Boston Scientific and Emberin Pty Ltd, highlighting a strong foundation in administration and digital marketing. Laila holds a 1st BA Hons degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
