Donna Garrod

Donna Garrod is an experienced professional in client services and project management with a comprehensive career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Services at Lightpath since September 2017, Donna oversees the operational functions of the order processing department, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective project management. Previously, Donna held positions such as Director of Project Management/Operations at Red Fuse Communications, where leadership of a 15-member team was key, and SVP, Executive Director of Project Management, Creative Services and Operations at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, responsible for optimizing production and creative services across multiple agencies. Donna's earlier roles included significant management positions in customer service and operations at companies such as Grey Direct, Toymax Inc, Del Pharmaceuticals, Boucheron, and NPD Research. Donna also holds a Certificate in Health Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
