Gregory Meadow

Gregory Meadow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network analysis and technical customer relations, currently serving as a Senior NOC Network Analyst - Voice at Lightpath since July 2014. In this role, Gregory is responsible for second-level fault isolation and resolution within a VOIP infrastructure environment. Prior to Lightpath, Gregory held various positions at Cablevision from January 2005 to July 2014, including Executive Technical Customer Relations Specialist and Voice Support Desk Escalation Analyst, where expertise was developed in managing customer complaints and escalating VOIP issues. Earlier experience includes serving as a Systems Analyst Project Manager at Evero Corporation. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and has completed several relevant certifications in voice and networking technologies.
