Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lightship Chartering since August 2022, Nordgard previously held the position of Head of Nordics at Axxsys Consulting from October 2019 to August 2022. Nordgard's career includes significant leadership positions at Itiviti, Norges Bank Investment Management, and SimCorp, where responsibilities ranged from Global Head of Information Systems to Senior Vice President overseeing product management and strategic research. Early career roles included software development at Betaplan APS and research positions at the Institute for Energy Technology and LAAS-CNRS.
