Theodore Mann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Theodore started their career at GAM Investments in 2017 as an Analyst. In 2018, they joined The Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management as an Independent Equity Trader. Later, in 2019, they joined Bellnote Partners LLC as an Analyst and eventually advanced to the role of Sr. Associate. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Lightship Works Inc. as the Director of Finance and is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Theodore Mann earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from the University of Reading in 2017. Theodore also acquired the Investment Management Certificate, having passed the Level 1 CFA exam, from the CFA Institute in 2018. Theodore is currently pursuing further studies with the CFA Institute to obtain Level 1 CFA certification, with an anticipated completion date in 2021.
