Prior to joining Lightyear in 2022, Mr. Sander was an Executive Director at Vista Consulting Group. Previously, Mr. Sander was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Sander holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Pomona College and was a Fulbright Scholar in machine learning in Germany. He received his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
