Adam Ruple

Adam Ruple joined Lignetics, Inc. in February 2022. Adam is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies, implementing people best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the overall company objectives and employee culture. Prior to joining Lignetics, Adam served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc. and VP of HR for Central States Manufacturing.

Adam began his career working in progressive human resource roles with Danaher Corporation and went on to hold leadership positions with LM Wind Power and Johns Manville. Adam graduated from the University of Arkansas and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
