Alper Kaynar

Alper Kaynar is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in stress and fatigue analysis within the aerospace and automotive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Stress and Fatigue Engineer at Lilium, responsibilities include tool and methodology development for structural analysis and independent review of structural analyses. Previous experience at Lilium also involved comprehensive structural analysis and design for propulsion systems. Alper has an extensive background at GE Aviation in life management for gas turbine engines and has held multiple engineering roles at TEI - Tusas Engine Industries and Ford Otosan, focusing on stress analysis and calibration of diesel engine systems. Education includes a Master’s degree in Lightweight Aeronautical and Vehicle Structures from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree from Koç University.
