Ricardo Ramos

Ricardo Ramos, MBA, is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Lilium since July 2019, Ricardo has played a pivotal role in the development of production processes, equipment selection, and testing strategies for electric propulsion systems and energy storage systems. Prior to this, at Altran Deutschland S.A.S. & Co. KG, Ricardo was involved in end-to-end production tasks for an electrical aircraft prototype, focusing on supplier management and process improvement. Previous roles include project engineering for water treatment plants and co-founding a services company specializing in climate control and refrigeration systems. Ricardo holds an MBA in Automotive Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
