Prior experience includes roles at Stanley Black & Decker as a Trade Marketing Specialist, where market analysis and promotional activities were key responsibilities, and as a Junior Buyer for Tesco Stores CR, achieving notable sales increases and waste reduction. Filip also has a background in logistics at Continental Automotive Czech Republic, and has gained valuable experience through internships and roles in the culinary field. Filip holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
