Erica Newman

Erica Newman is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in contract logistics and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Specialist at The Rosedale Group since November 2021, Erica manages logistics programs for key accounts and focuses on identifying cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements. Prior to this role, Erica spent over 15 years at Buckland Customs Brokers Ltd., where positions included Senior Customer Service Administrator and Customs Account Analyst. In these roles, Erica contributed significantly to customer service initiatives and the implementation of a CRM tool, while also overseeing the customs documentation and release processes for importing commercial goods into Canada.
