Alexis Freeman brings over 18 years of legal experience representing sophisticated companies, banks, hedge funds, creditors, and investors on complex corporate, financial, restructuring, and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Lindblad, Alexis spent 15 years at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP, where she advised clients on a broad range of business issues in a variety of industries, including retail, coal and metal mining, aircraft, television and newspaper media, energy, healthcare, and automotive. Ms. Freeman has also worked on number of appeals in the highest federal appellate courts and the United States Supreme Court.
