Niccolo Starace

Niccolo Starace possesses extensive experience in the confectionery industry, holding key leadership positions since December 2012 at Lindt & Sprüngli, including President and CEO of Russell Stover Chocolates and President & CEO of Lindt & Sprüngli France, where significant responsibilities included managing full P&L and overseeing a large team. Prior to Lindt & Sprüngli, Starace served at Ferrero from May 2006 to December 2012 in various roles, culminating in Commercial Director, where leadership of a 1,380-member sales force resulted in consistent business growth. Additional experience includes positions at Burtons Foods, where brand management of Cadbury Biscuits was undertaken, and earlier roles at Ferrero, focusing on brand strategy and product innovation. Starace began a career at Daimler Chrysler as a Mercedes-Benz Spot Manager. Educational credentials include completion of the Senior Leadership Program at IMD in 2016.
