Young Sam Bae has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Young Sam started their career in 1996 as Operation Section Chief Sergeant in the US Army. After that, they worked as an Associate at KT Hitel from 2000 to 2002. Young Sam then joined NHN as a Manager and Product Manager from 2002 to 2006. At NC Japan, they served as a Leader and contributed to the launch of an online game portal site. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at NHN Entertainment, where they held multiple positions, including Manager, Senior Manager, and Senior Lead, focusing on business development and planning for smartphone games. Young Sam Bae then joined GCONHub as a Director and later moved to Smilegate as a General Manager, where they oversaw the Mobile Game Publishing Division and the Global Game Business Department. Young Sam'smost recent role is with LINE Plus Corp, where they serve as a Lead/Principal Product Manager.
From 1992 to 2000, Young Sam Bae studied Japanese Language & Literature at Korea University, earning a BA degree.
