Agata Skoniecka

Agata Skoniecka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business consulting. Currently serving as a Delivery Leader at Lingaro since March 2018, Agata is responsible for portfolio management, overseeing project deliveries, and managing key customer relationships. Previous roles at Lingaro include Senior Team Leader and IT Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed resource planning, budgeting, and agile project execution in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse. Prior to joining Lingaro, Agata worked as a Business Consultant at Altkom Software & Consulting, contributing to the development of business solutions for insurance companies, and spent time as an IBM Cognos Training Specialist at MINERAL MIDRANGE S.A., where training program development and client relationship management were key focus areas. Agata holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Business Insurance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
