Brandon Williams is a Senior Design Engineer at Link-Belt Cranes, with over a decade of experience in off-highway powertrain system design, collaborating with various suppliers to develop robust designs for Rough Terrain and Telescopic Crawlers while evaluating new powertrain systems. Prior experience includes a manufacturing engineering internship at Navistar, where Brandon participated in quality defect analysis and implemented a plant-wide defect tracking system, as well as an internship at Altec, focusing on tool design and optimization of process flow using lean manufacturing principles. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
