Agata Gajcy

Agata Gajcy has work experience with two companies. From November 2017 to December 2018, they worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Link Group. From December 2018 to July 2019, they held the position of Senior IT Recruitment Consultant within the same company. Subsequently, they were promoted to Team Leader at Link Group and held this role from July 2019 to April 2022. Since April 2022, Agata has been working as the Manager of IT Recruitment for Link Group. Prior to joining Link Group, they worked at SailOceans.com as a Crew Member, Manager, Babysitter, Cook, and Wizard from June 2015 to July 2016.

Agata Gajcy earned a Master's degree in Business Psychology / Social Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, which they attended from 2013 to 2019. In addition, they obtained the certification "Agility in HR (ICP-AHR)" from ICAgile in July 2022.
